PASIG CITY CHESS GETS UNDERWAY

THE Pasig Chess Club, in cooperation with the Pasig Sports Council, will hold a chess tournament dubbed as Pasig Chess Championship on December 20, 2008 at Ever-Gotesco, Ortigas Extension. All untitled players with rapid ratings of 2000and below are invited in this event. Cash prizes for 1st to 7th placers are 4k, 2k, 1k, 500,500, 500, 500, respectively. Eureka chess sets will be given to the top kiddie and lady player.

The National Chess Federation of the Philippines <NCFP>, Hon.Roman Romulo, Himmel, Sta. Lucia Corp. and Readycon are the sponsors of this chessfest.
