FILIPINO CUELLO VIE FOR WBC INTERIM MINIMUMWEIGHT WORLD TITLE

FILIPINO Denver Cuello will goes up against Mexican Juan Hernandez for the World Boxing Council (WBC) Interim Minimumweight World Title on March 27 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Cuello is being trained by Frankie and Sol Jaro at the Jaro Boxing Stable in Binangonan, Rizal has a record of 19 Wins (KO 10), 2 Losses and 5 Draws while knock-out artist Hernandez has 16 Wins (KO 13), 1 Loss and no Draws.
Cuello’s last seeing in action on January 23 with a tremendous 1st round Technical Knock-out win over Samuel Apuya at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City.
The winner of the Cuello-Hernandez tussle will face the survivor of the WBC Championship bout between Japanese Yasutaka Kuroki and Thailander Oleydong Sithsamerchai the same date (March 27) at the Ariake Colosseum in Tokyo, Japan.
The entire team, Cuello, his manager Aljoe Jaro and Thai promoter Naris Singwangcha will leave for Mexico via California tomorrow, Sunday.
