CAAP Chess arbitration seminar on weekend

ALL road leads to Quezon City when the Chess Arbiters Association of the Philippines (CAAP) Chess arbitration seminar gets underway on Saturday ( September 5 and 6) at the Ramon Magsaysay (Cubao) High School, Cubao, Quezon City.
Organized by the Ramon Magsaysay Chess Club, Inc., all teachers, coaches, trainers, amateurs, professionals and individuals who want to learn the basic skills of officiating and arbitration in chess are invited.
Well-known International Arbiters (IA) composed of Gene Poliarco, Erwin Carag and National Arbiter Rudy Ibanez of the Chess Arbiters Association of the Philippines (CAAP) are the primary lecturers and facilitators of this seminar who will tackle arbitration, coaching and organizing. Registration fee is P1,500 inclusive of material handouts and snacks.
